BreakOut West’s legendary 1×1 Meeting schedule is back! These are a series of schedulable B2B meetings with hand-selected industry professionals at BreakOut West, and they are one of the most popular components of the conference. These meetings are 8 minutes long, with a 2-minute break between each. It’s a great opportunity to break the ice, hand out your business card, and make a connection you can follow up on. These meetings take place in the Lombard room at the Fairmont Winnipeg and are available between 1:00 PM and 3:300 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the conference. All BreakOut West registrants will have access to book 1×1 meetings, but these book quickly!
How to make meetings at BreakOut West 2025
Step 1: Research the speakers
Have you seen the list of speakers at BreakOut West 2025 yet? There are dozens of industry mentors present, many of which are available for 1×1 meetings. Click here to read their bios and peruse the list!
Step 2: Fill out your profile
In the ‘my account’ tab you have space to include a bio, photo, and a website or link tree link. Please fill this out before you begin to book meetings so the mentors know who you are!
Step 2: Check availability
We have meetings available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the conference, but each mentor is only available one of each of these days. The list can be sorted by day, or by speaker.
Step 3: Check back
Though these meetings are limited, sometimes schedules change! Check back to see if any meetings have opened up with your preferred speakers, or if any new ones have been added! Meeting bookings close the day before the meeting begins.
