Enzo Massardo
Music Supervisor, EM Music Supervision
Enzo Massardo is a leading professional in the music industry, working as a music supervisor, music producer, mixing and recording engineer, composer and music editor.
He heads the Education Commission of the Spanish-Speaking Music Supervisors Association (ASM).
With over a decade of experience in the audiovisual industry, he has supervised projects across television, advertising, series and film.
In advertising, he supervises campaigns for leading national and international brands. His work has received national and international awards, including the ACHAP award and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.
In series, he has supervised award-winning children's productions recognised by Chile's National Television Council (CNTV).
In sync, he is co-director of the Advanced Sync Program, a system for preparing and exporting music catalogues to international markets, applied in nine Ibero-American countries and cited by ProChile in its 2026 public report. His current work brings applied intelligence into the organisation of metadata and rights, so that catalogues arrive documented and ready for sync opportunities.
