Chad Cornies
Publicist, No Rules PR
Chad Cornies is the founder of No Rules PR, a Vancouver-based music publicity company specializing in press and radio campaigns for independent artists across Canada and internationally. Since launching the company, he has worked with hundreds of artists, helping them build meaningful media coverage and long-term relationships with tastemakers around the world.
In addition to his work in publicity, Chad is an active musician and songwriter with the internationally touring new wave/post-punk band Autogramm. His experience on both sides of the industry gives him a practical understanding of the challenges independent artists face as they develop sustainable careers.
With a background in education, Chad brings an educator's perspective to mentorship, communication, and artist development. He recently served as a mentor at Departure Festival & Conference and enjoys helping artists navigate publicity, media strategy, and the broader music industry.
Whether working with emerging artists or established acts, Chad is passionate about building authentic relationships that help great music reach the right audiences.
