Wood Street Raman

A Chef who spent five years in Asia and an Asian-born Restaurateur get together in the Yukon and build a small ramen shop emulating the small eateries in Japan. Using locally sourced ingredients and attempting to cater to those that have dietary restrictions (even if there is a bit longer wait to get your dishes) these two put the care and effort into providing efficient and speedy service while bringing to the forefront the ever growing (pun intended) agricultural story to you.

Wood Street Raman is also offering 10% discount on all menu items (excluding alcohol) between 5pm-9pm to any BreakOut West participants with proof of wristband or lanyard!

The Deli

Come hungry! The smell of smoked meat wafts out to the street; inside there's a huge selection of prepared items and custom-made sandwiches. Don't forget to try their homemade soups and meat pot pies!Offers great picnic fare, or dine in the simple table area. The spicy elk sausage rolls for $3.95 are addictive!

The Deli is also offering 10% off to any BreakOut West participants with proof of participation!

Pickapeppa Restaurant

Step into a world of Caribbean soul food! This one of a kind Whitehorse restaurant will send your tastebuds into a wild ride as you dive into a selection of spicy and mild Jamaican cuisines. Offered at reasonable prices with generous portions, this stop is a popular go-to for families and large groups alike.

Looking for a must try item? The local favourite is Pickapeppa's jerk chicken and jerk ribs!

The Dirty Northern

The Dirty Northern was established in 2012, and resides directly next to it’s partner lounge the Miner’s Daughter. The Dirty Norther carries a more casual atmosphere, with it’s open seating and late daily hours.

Looking for a less casual option? Miner’s Daughter offers a more sophisticated restaurant and lounge, opening at 5pm.  Due to popularity, reservations are encouraged! This is also one of the amazing venues for our showcases at BreakOut West!

Antoinette’s

Antoinette’s was grown from a food-loving family. Antoinette herself was born on the island of Tobago and as far back as she can remember she read recipe books for recreation. Food was definitely her first love.

Enjoy the vibrant colours, soft lights, soothing music while you dive into a fusion of Caribbean flavours with Canadian and French favourites.

“Knowing where we come from, looking up to and respecting those that were patient enough with us, those that took time to teach, watch and mould us. My gratitude is unending.”
